Warning Description: Dense Fog Advisory

Warning Message:...Dense fog advisory for Friday morning is cancelled...
The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a
dense fog advisory...which is in effect until 10 am EDT this
morning. The dense fog advisory for Friday morning has been
cancelled.
Low level moisture has slowly progressed westward from the
Chesapeake Bay. This combined with clear skies and light winds has
created an extensive area of dense fog from I-95 to the Bay.
Visibility will be as low as one-quarter mile during the morning
commute. Motorists are urged to allow extra time when driving...
reduce speed...and use low beam headlights. Be especially alert
for schoolchildren when driving this morning.
A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
